Our Instructors

Kate Trick
ABC Pilates Instructor

Kate Trick is a Stott Certified Instructor, as well as a AFFA and NASM certified Personal Trainer.
Kate was born in Dayton Ohio and started training as a ballet dancer at the age of 11. She was awarded a Ford Foundation scholarship to begin lessons with The Dayton Ballet company. She danced with the Dayton company as a soloist and principal ballerina.    When she graduated from high school at the age of 17, she decided to leave Dayton and was accepted into The National Ballet of Canada. After touring North America and Europe Kate decided to stop her ballet career and focus  more on her family and her love for Pilates.
After her two children, Oliver and Emily were born, she trained in Toronto with Stott  Pilates, as well as attending many workshops with Balanced Body and Peak Pilates. Moving from Toronto to Naples in 1995, she opened her own Pilates studio, “Pilates Body *by Kate.
She joined ABC Pilates in 2016.
“I love teaching Pilates to clients and seeing them not only satisfied with the work out, but also becoming aware of the joy of movement and the positive change in their bodies and their lives.”
I believe that the best instructors will always be students, and never stop learning.

Tricia Lepore
ABC Pilates Instructor

Tricia Lepore is a certified Power Pilates and Stott instructor since 2011. Tricia danced with the National Ballet of Canada until the age of 23 when she had a career-ending injury. After her injury, she was able to continue her second passion; running.

She is grateful for her early introduction to Pilates with the company and her continued Pilates training, as it has helped her recover from numerous orthopedic surgeries and return to the pavement. Tricia is certified in mat and all apparatus.

Tricia was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Her ability to understand the body, combined with her sense of humor and extensive knowledge of Pilates makes her the incredible teacher that she is.

Sally Schweitzer
ABC Pilates Instructor

Sally began her career in movement as a professional ballet dancer. During this time, she was afforded the opportunity to train under world-renowned instructors in Manhattan, Chicago, Boston, and Dallas. Sally received multiple recognitions for her achievements in artistry and athleticism during her time onstage.

Through rehabilitation for a knee injury, Sally revived her passion for Pilates that had been kindled at an early age. She completed her STOTT Pilates training under Gidget Anthony at The Designed Body Pilates Studio where she became a proficient instructor on all Pilates equipment for all levels of students.

She then honed her craft alongside physical therapists and exercise specialists before moving from her hometown of Dallas to Naples. Sally is delighted to a part of the ABC Pilates team and looks forward to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
